Why so Happy on the Sabbath?

This "day" the Sabbath is more than a just a day it's a doctrine of the whole Bible summarized in a 24hour format. The Sabbath allows one to be Holy, Holy in the sense being set apart from secular happenings. Work and school and even our social life can be too much to bare, so God being Loving and merciful laid down an example for his people to follow which is to stop all work and activity and remember that day for on that day God himself rested and He is God. If God rested don't you think he's people should too? God was making the universe in 7days, many people clock in and out of work or sit in classes daily. God knew that a scapegoat from all these stress-building activities would be necessary. So Why not be excited that the Sabbath is a Holy celebration of the World and our day off to chill??- Shin Guil, just a little debate I ran into
